What makes a Luciole birthday different?
A Luciole party is built around making something together. Instead of a playground with slides, your guests get an indoor atelier with play areas, drawing walls and a themed workshop led by trained animators. Every child takes home what they made, so the party favour is their own creation.
Parents are part of the day too. Our café and bistro sits right next door, so grown ups can enjoy a coffee or a plate while the children create. Luciole was founded by two moms, Jinane and Sophanie, and every family is welcome: moms, dads, grandparents and friends.
Which birthday packages do you offer, and how much do they cost?
We have two packages, each with a dedicated venue, catering and a hands-on atelier activity. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT.
Option 1: Kids Birthday Package · $20 per child
- Kids menu: chicken nuggets, potato wedges, mini burger or mini pizza, and a juice
- Includes: catering and an atelier activity
- Minimum: 20 children
- Additional fees: private venue & facilities booking $100, for up to 3 hours in the atelier room; additional activities from $5 per child
Option 2: Birthday Buffet Package · minimum spend $25 per person
A fuller buffet for children and parents, chosen from our buffet menu: salads, mini croissants, rolls and mini sandwiches, hot bites, oriental bites and sweet bites.
- Includes: buffet catering and an atelier activity
- Minimum spend: $25 per person, covering the menu selections and the drinks ordered during the event
- Minimum: 30 guests, including parents
- Additional fees: private venue & facilities booking $100, for up to 3 hours in the atelier room; additional activities from $5 per child, depending on the activities chosen

Which party themes can my child choose?
Every theme comes from our real workshop program, so the activity is something our animators run every week.
- Little artists: painting, collage and recycled materials
- Clay studio: shaping and decorating clay pieces to take home
- Little chefs: manakish, cookies, pizza or fruit plates
- Mad science: slime, volcanoes and magnets
- Little builders: blocks, wooden models and construction challenges

What ages are Luciole birthdays for?
Luciole birthdays are for children aged 3 to 12, the age when children can follow a themed activity with the animators. Tell us the age range of your guests and we will suggest a theme that suits the group.
How do I book a birthday party at Luciole?
- Message us on WhatsApp at +961 81 540 282 with your preferred date, your child's age and the number of children.
- Choose Option 1 or Option 2, plus any add-ons.
- Pick a theme from the workshop list.
- We send you a quote. A 30% deposit confirms your booking.

What is a good birthday planning timeline?
Use this simple checklist to stay relaxed in the weeks before the party.

What are the booking terms?
- Advance booking: birthdays must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance, so we have time to plan and prepare.
- Deposit: a 30% deposit confirms and guarantees the booking. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received.
- Cancellation: for cancellations within 7 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Final guest count: confirm the final number of guests at least 48 hours before the event. Catering and preparations are based on that number.
- Duration: celebrations are scheduled for up to 3 hours. Extra time must be arranged with the Luciole team in advance and may be subject to extra charges and availability.
- Special requests: let us know in advance about any catering, activity, animation, decoration or food station requests.
